Volunteers Initiative Nepal (VIN), working for the holistic community development and also actively involved in Disaster Relief and reconstruction, is looking for highly motivated candidates for 3 positions:

Organizational Development Manager

• Responsible for enhancing the Executive Director and VIS’s effectiveness by providing management, coordination and administrative duties.
• Location: Kathmandu based with frequent visits to other districts
• Education: MBA or Master’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, Social Science (or equivalent)
• Experience: Programme/Project management. Experience supporting senior level members in organizations
• Salary: Rs. 40,000 to 55,000 (negotiable)

Grant Writer & Fundraiser Manager

• Proposals preparation for funds and grant applications. Research, identification and development of public/private grant opportunities.
• Location: Kathmandu based with frequent visits to other districts
• Education: Master’s Degree or higher studies in Arts. Development Studies or related field.
• Salary: Rs. 40,000 to 60,000 (negotiable)

Volunteer Coordinator (Internship)

• Coordination and logistics to ensure an effective settling in of volunteers in the country, host families and project placements. A driver licence and a vehicle are essential requirements of the position.
• Location: Kathmandu based with frequent visits to other districts
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher studies in any discipline
• Experience: Experience as volunteer is desirable
• Salary: Allowance: Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month
